Palette and workflow data you create in Rotachrome, including colors, names, descriptions, saved palettes, share links, exports, and related metadata.
Newsletter signup information, including your email address, signup source, and delivery status.
Billing status and subscription entitlement information from our payment provider. Rotachrome does not store full payment card numbers.
Technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as request metadata, device and browser information, rate-limit signals, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide the studio, save palettes, generate and name colors, support sharing, deliver exports, manage accounts, process subscriptions, send newsletters, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve Rotachrome.
We may use aggregated or de-identified usage patterns to understand which features are useful and where the product needs work.
AI features
When you use AI naming, palette generation, or palette adjustment features, the prompts, palette colors, and related context needed for the request may be sent to the configured AI provider.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information in prompts or palette descriptions.
Sharing and public links
If you create a public palette link, anyone with the link may view the shared palette data and related preview metadata.
Private saved palettes remain associated with your account unless you choose to share them or export them.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, AI processing, and operational tooling. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to Rotachrome.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and palette data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
You can request account or data deletion by contacting us. Some records may remain in backups, logs, or transaction records for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email.
You can choose whether to create public palette links, and you can avoid entering sensitive information into prompts, palette names, or descriptions.
